Our program focuses on what we call the "VOS" concept ("Vitality", "Originality" and
"Services to society"), in order to train students to become leading international
engineers and researchers with practical and creative capacity. To this end, we invite
students with the following various backgrounds:

1. students who have a desire to research technology and science more deeply
2. students who have a desire to develop a new field, create a new theory and engage
in productive activities
3. students who have an international perspective and aim at study with global implications
4. students who have a desire to display their unique strengths
5. students who have a desire to engage in challenging and original research
6. students who are rich in humanity and seek to contribute to human happiness

今天收到中大簡訊...看到一則提供攻讀博士學位獎學金的訊息...
所以去這間學校的網站上瀏覽了一下...
上面剪貼的是寫在專業訓練前的說明...
看完了心中有一些感慨~

就我身邊所接觸到的博士...
即使是教授級的人物...似乎自己也並沒有這種胸襟跟抱負~
又罔論他們交出來的學生呢??
也許這就是我覺得我念博士班越唸越回去的主要原因吧!!

自我突破自我突破...

ps 當然別人也許寫一套做一套...
所以重點不是要說別人好...重點是自省...
